Feng Shen Tui ("風神腿")

The Golden Carp is but a creature in a pond,
The Carp becomes a Dragon when it merges with Wind and Cloud
When the Mighty Dragon meets the Wind and Cloud a second time,
It has but shallow waters to swim in again.
-Mud Buddha
While not the creator of Feng Shen Tui ("Kicks of the Wind God"), the exemplar of this lost art is undisputedly Nie Feng, nicknamed "The God amongst the Winds".
Since young, Nie Feng was adopted and was taught Feng Shen Tui by Xiong Ba, the eminent martial artist of the time. Unbeknownst to him, Xiong Ba received a prophecy that stated that a person named "Feng" (meaning Wind) and a person named "Yun" (meaning Cloud) would assist him in ruling the world. However, the same prophecy stated that these two persons would also be his downfall.
Xiong Ba, by manipulating Bu Qing Yun and Nie Feng, caused the two to bicker and eventually injure each other, ensuring that they would never unite. However, destiny was not so easily thwarted. After many adventures, Bu Qing Yun and Nie Feng united to destroy the source of their misery, fulfilling the prophecy and ensuring that this martial art would live on.
Nie Feng has improved this martial art to a form that is almost unrecognisable from its original form, and in doing so, greatly enhanced its power. The original, flawed version taught to Nie Feng by Xiong Ba has been lost - all that remains of this great art is the current version practised by Nie Feng.
The epitome of a speed-based martial art, the techniques of Feng Shen Tui also takes on the characteristics of the wind it is named after. Wind is formless and shapeless, yet it can strike with great force from stillness. The movements of a Feng Shen Tui practioner is to be formless and shapeless as the wind, yet strike with the speed of a gale. At the highest levels the user able to affect a large area, or land a flurry of attacks on a single target.
1st Dot
"Pu Feng Zhuo Ying" / "捕風捉影"
When user attacks an opponent with lower initiative, he gains +Defence and +Speed. User always gains +Qinggong.
Note: I know that this technique breaks the guidelines, but I do not believe this is broken in any way. Let me know if you feel otherwise.
2nd Dot
"Feng Zhuan Lou Chan" / "風捲樓殘"
When an opponent directs an attack at the user and botches, the user may make an immediate attack on the user. The user may do so even if full defence is declared that turn.
3rd Dot
"Bao Yu Kuang Feng" / "暴雨狂風"
The user spends 1 willpower. The user may make a number of attacks equal (Dex - 1). Only 1 attack may be directed at a single target. No further movement is possible at the end of this attack sequence.
Only 1 attack roll is made, against the highest defence of the targets.
4th Dot
"Feng Yu Jiang Hu" / "風雨江湖"
User adds twice the dots in this technique to his Initiative.
5th Dot
"Lei Wang Feng Xing" / "雷厲風行"
By spending a willpower, the user may make an additional number of attacks equal to every point of Dexterity above 2. All attacks must be directed at one person. Each additional subtracts one additional dice. Eg, the second attack in the sequence drops 2 dice and the fourth attack in the sequence drops 4 dice. A botch in any attack stops all attacks in the sequence. A failure means the attack missed, but the attacks continue. No further movement is possible at the end of this attack sequence.
When 3rd and 5th dot are activated, the user makes (Dex - 1) attacks directed at different targets. The user may choose one target to make (Dex - 1) attacks on. This target may be a target of one of the 3rd dot technique attacks.

2 Comments:
Reworked 3rd and 5th dot so that Feng Shen Tui becomes less ham and more proactive.
Erm, isn't that quote from the mAd buddah and not the mUd buddah?
Also, could we have a hanyu pinyin translation for the poems? Would be pretty cool.
